Chris is a mortgage specialist with 30 years experience of developing innovative mortgage products and propositions, and delivering operational excellence. In recent years he has been at the forefront of the equity release and later life lending market.
Prior to founding Dartnell, Chris held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Product Director at Legal & General Home Finance, a leading provider of lifetime and retirement interest only mortgages. In 2015 Chris was one of the founding directors and grew the business to over £6bn of mortgage assets.
Chris held senior management functions SMF3 Executive Director and SMF24 Chief Operations and is approved by the FCA.
